What is live event painting?
Live event painting is both performance and keepsake. I set up my easel at your celebration and create a fine art oil painting as the event unfolds. Guests love to watch the canvas transform in real time, and at the end of the evening you have not only a timeless heirloom, but also a work of art that reflects the beauty and energy of the day.
From our first conversation to the final brushstroke, my goal is to make this experience seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable. You can expect clear communication, a refined artistic approach, and the peace of mind that comes from working with a professional artist who is as invested in your day as you are.

Consultation + Coordination
Day of the Event
The Finished Piece
We’ll begin with a zoom consultation to discuss your vision—whether that’s a grand sweeping scene, an intimate moment, or a blend of both. Together we’ll finalize the key details at least one month before your event. I also coordinate with your planner or venue team to ensure everything flows smoothly.
On the day itself, I’ll arrive early to set up my easel and materials. As the day goes on, I paint live, bringing the scene to life while your guests enjoy the performance. I’ll capture the your chosen moment in a way that feels both true to the occasion and elevated as a fine work of art.
After the event, I take the painting back to my studio for refinement—adding depth, detail, and the finishing touches that elevate it into a lasting heirloom. Within a few weeks, your completed oil painting will be ready to hand off!
